|Recommended: YesGreat Home — We love living here in Arbor View Apartments. The property is well maintained. Office Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the maintenance crew is top notch with quick responsiveness and always follow through with any work requested. We have some really great neighbors and a beautiful view from our patio. We highly recommend this property if you're looking for a rental home in Tallahassee.
|Recommended: YesLiving Arbor View — I've lived here for over 13 years. The staff have always been very nice and maintenance is very prompt to come over to fix anything. Its a quiet community and most residents are nice. Although we are not 100 safe anywhere in any city, I have to say that I have felt fairly safe here. I only have one complaint and it is that most of the grounds around my building have no grass. Its all dirt and sand. So, my floors and dog are always dirty. It would be nice to have plants and grass to make this area pretty. However, on the other hand, I am very happy that the rental prices have been kept considerably lower than other apartment complexes in Tallahassee.

|Recommended: YesI’m grateful to live at Arbor View — I’ve been a resident at Arbor View for over a year, and I have nothing but great things to say. Firstly, the office team is the best I’ve experienced. They go above and beyond to make this place feel like a community, and have accommodated me as I went through changes with my living situation. The area feels secluded and safe, there’s very little noise or commotion ever , and the property itself is very well maintained. There have been several upgrades with no charge to us while I’ve lived here — screened in porches and electric fireplaces. I enjoy living among other respectful adults and there are so many cute dogs too. Maintenance is also so prompt to respond to requests. I’d highly recommend Arbor View

I rented this apartment sight unseen and have been very happy living here. The location is great and it's easy to get around. The area is very safe and neighbors are very friendly. Highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesBest Place Ever to Live in — This is an amazing outstanding beautiful quite clean and gorgeous place to live. Our kids love it, and so we do as well. We're so happy to have found such an incredible apartment complex, best in all the aera. Truly recommended.
